Article 1 — Our Commitment

At marcusvance.com, published by Lucky North Star LLC, we believe in the quality of our courses and stand behind them. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to give you confidence in your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with a course within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you — no complicated process, no endless back-and-forth.


Article 2 — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase
  • The request is submitted by email to: support@marcusvance.com
  • The Customer has not consumed the entirety of the course content
  • The purchase is not excluded from the guarantee (see Article 4)

2.2 Refund Request Procedure

  1. Send an email to support@marcusvance.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Course Name]
  2. Include your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request (optional but appreciated)

We will respond within 2 business days to confirm receipt and validate your request.

2.3 Refund Processing

Once your refund request is validated:

  • The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • The refund is issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Stripe or PayPal processing times may add 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank

Upon processing the refund, your access to the course will be revoked.


Article 3 — EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal

3.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period

Customers residing in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

3.2 Exception for Digital Content

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

At checkout, customers expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that this consent results in the loss of their statutory right of withdrawal once access is granted.

In practice: our 30-day commercial satisfaction guarantee (Article 2) provides broader protection than the statutory right of withdrawal, and applies regardless of whether digital content has been accessed.


Article 4 — Exclusions

The 30-day guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after the purchase date
  • Cases of manifest abuse — defined as repeated purchase and refund patterns across multiple courses or purchase cycles
  • Special offers, bundles, or flash sales explicitly marked as non-refundable on their presentation page
  • Courses where 100% of the content has been consumed

Article 5 — Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., partial consumption of a course bundle), we reserve the right to offer a partial refund at our discretion. This will be communicated clearly before any partial refund is processed.


Article 6 — Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us at support@marcusvance.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution of the dispute.
