Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

Article 1 — Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) govern access to and use of the website marcusvance.com, published by Lucky North Star LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (hereinafter “the Publisher”).

By accessing or browsing marcusvance.com, you unconditionally accept these TCU in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the site.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of your visit.
